#asktheexpert what should be given to a 9 month old baby to eat. what are the various healthy options for a 9 month old. also, can cow milk be given to a 9 month old baby?

Ou You cannot give cows milk to the child before the age of 56 week so please do not give it as of now and you can introduce egg yellow chicken and fish to the child at this age to go ahead with that and the food that is going to be regular as it was previously from the age of 716L
