A. it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (RICE WHEAT and other) pulses (DAL) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. YOU CAN GO FOR ANY RECIPES AND FLAVOURS AND TASTE ACCORDING TO THE THE PREFERENCE OF THE CHILD. Start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates to make eating more attractive. Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of appetite in the child. You can add ghee and dry fruits powder to the diet to make it more calorie rich.

A. Hello dear parent! You can gradually start giving your baby all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Give 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Good luck and take care.
