#asktheexpert what should be amount in gram of rice, dal vegetable, wheat roti, egg for 16 months old in one day please give some idea... 🙏

A. Amount should be decided as per appetite of the baby abd you can give 3 meals and one snack along with milk 500 mL in a day to the child take care
