A. dear mom baby cna be given food as per the demand or every 2 to 3 hours give good proteins , variety of vegetables and fresh fruits in diet

A. At this age, you should feed 3 main meals to the baby with 2-3 times healthy snacks and variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, smoothies, coconut water, etc. and 550 to 600 milk everyday. Include fresh nutritious foods like besan and beetroot cheela, eggs, chicken, fish,legumes, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, veg sandwich, veg cutlet, rice with dal, khichdi, oats with nuts, Dalia, pan cakes, waffles, etc.
