Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. ideal weight of the baby should get double of the birth weight after 3 months of agein such a case clinical assessment is needed once so you should contact your nearby doctor to get physical examination done for proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment suggestions can be given it will be better .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Well That’s completely going to depend on the birth weight of your child which I’m not aware about so I would say if your child has gained a minimum of 1200 to 1500 g in these four months then your child has gained average rate
