#asktheexpert what quantity and how many time should I start solid food in a day and can I give rahi aata as my daughter is colicky

A. dear Mum, you can give ragi to your baby. start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day. give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food

A. hi well,as you just start giving semisolid food to your child it is advisable to give semisoild food once in a day keep the quantity upto 3 spoons keep the consistency liquid
