Maxtra and Calpol can be given to the child the first one is for cough and the second one is meant to be given for fever the first one can be given three times in the day with a gap of eight hours for 3 to 5 days the second one is for fever which can be repeated every six hours and can be given for First 72 hours only check with the doctor then
