#asktheexpert what kind of biscuits can be given for baby boy less than a year

A. Hello mom if you could preferably avoid it would be better, but if you give you may give them atta, millet based biscuits , you may also avoid cream and sugar coated biscuits and most of them are made with refined white flour which tend to cause constipation if taken quite a lot

A. Which are based on oats or wheat or maybe Suji ragi and without any sugar they should either have jaggery or dates into that or dry fruits into that so basically a very healthy combination but I should be used instead of palm oil then is quite good to be given to the customised cookies that you can get done
