Stuff paranthas would be helpful , make sure millet ladoos etc

as your child is 3 year old ,there is no restriction on food.
so you can offer all healthy food items which are made for whole family.
please prefer homemade healthy and well balanced diet for your child.
keep offering different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruits ,nuts , pulses,beans , Dairy products etc.
