#asktheexpert what is the proportion of water and cow milk when we are starting at the age of 1 year

A. initially to start with cows milk after 1 year of age you should start with low fat milk so that you can dilute some water in that gradually you can come to full cream after sometime

A. Hi I would say seventies to 30 is ideally going to be the best options to go for 70% of the milk and 30% of the water and gradually you can reduce all the amount of amount of water as soon as a child starts suggesting that will reduce it gradually from 30% to almost 5
