Dear parent, for 2 years old kid, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, cashew nuts, dates. Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Variety of grains, cereal, pulses and legumes. Add ghee to baby’s food.
