#AskTheExpert what is the ideal weight for my son...he is 3.4 years old...and is there any supplement for milk..he doesn't like to take milk so what should he be given to fulfill the nutritional requirement which he would get from milk?plz reply

fruit and yogurt
curds
can add nuts powder in milk
weight is just a range, check his activity level and milestones
