Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Soups of tomato, drumsticks, moong , daal paani etc Probiotics like curd buttermilk lassi etc Meshes of cooked vegetables and seasonal fruits Daliya khichdi upma sheera kheer etc. don't use RO water Take sunbath daily
