The first food usually is Dal and rice water you can give Suji key you can give Upma Halwa fruits or vegetables whatever you prefer giving and high chair is not at all important these days it has become fashion to follow the western culture which is why people get it otherwise even if you feed your child sitting in your lap or on the floor or on the mattress however it is comfortable it is all good
