A. Basically developed Lee is when the child is not developed as per the age mentally and somewhere physically also so that can be a developmental delay is overall delay in the growth of the child but when you talk about autism it is basically delay in the growth of the child mentally with the child still stuck to a certain age they don’t grow mentally to the age that they should be there as per they are in so that’s the problem mental delay is the basic reason behind autism
