Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy5 years agoA. usually both at the same you have to see for the comfort of the child when you but the child. also you have to keep the child in upright position so that water doesn't go inside the ears nose as well as eyes of the child to irritate the child

please always keep your child in tilted position
