A. Dear mum, after having a baby you should have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. There is no restriction for healthy food. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. You can have non veg food. Have adequate water intake.
