shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom it is stand for meningococcal vaccination and this is an optional vaccination it is not mandatory for all the babies and your doctor will decide whether your baby required it or not because this is given for the immunodeficiency this problem is there in few areas only
