ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom one of the best and the safe ones of fruits you can take soft texture fruits which can be just easily be given to the baby. Apart from that keep some steam vegetables if possible and steamed rice or khichadi or make a powder of roasted poha and Bengal gram, and that can be given just by adding some hot warm water to it , Idli can also be given ,
