Baby should be given only breast milk till 6 mnths of age as breast milk has natural antibodies for baby s immunity and IQ development. Nothing is advised n can b harmful if given no ghutti no water

Do not not give any tonics.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. It has all the essential nutrient required for the growth and development of the baby. The best food for the baby till six months.
