#AskTheExpert What is the best formula milk for a gassy three and half month old baby who also has reflux at times. Currently baby is taking nan pro 1 as a top feed which makes him gassy always

A. Hello mama this is a very common problem of the kids for which you need to observe a regular feeding pattern you have to feed at a regular interval of proper timing if you don’t follow the routine it makes the child grab gas which leads to vomit along with that don’t let you are a baby suck empty feeder you have to remove it before the last sip. Also massage tummy with heeng water or warm oil rotating hand clockwise or anti-clockwise putting pressure gently
