For healthy hair give diet rich in protein.
Do oiling atleast twice a week with pure coconut oil. This will help to promote healthy hair growth.
For skin give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Give seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals etc
