#AskTheExpert what is the best age to start with solid diet for my baby he completed 5 months. He is falling prone from 4 months but did not start crawling yet. can I give fruits is it k can he digest.

Wen baby starts holding neck Babli four month onwards then you must start giving food to raise Dal ka Paani sweetie key rice water as the initial food and you need to make your child practice to achieve all the milestones and motivate him cheer him up and he will very soon grab all the milestones
