#asktheexpert what is the best age gap that can be given between two kids, my first kid was 3 years old now, everyone is saying this is the best time to plan another kid, but im not sure if i can manage both. please advise

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. VERDICT: As per World Health Organization, a gap of at least 24 months should be there between your first and second child. By this time, the mother's body gets fully recovered from her first pregnancy as she replenishes the nutrients she lost in her first pregnancy.

I your mental health allows and your physical fitness then you can plan ahead. Also consult with your paediatric.
