Q.

#AskTheExpert What is the adequate amount of milk for 2-3 years old boy? My son takes only half of cup.I am worried if this may cause deficiency of any vit or calcium

A. 250ml to 300 ml is adequate. Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. offer other dairy food too
