Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old girl2 years agoA. if child is not able to utter single word by the age of 18 months if he or she is not able to understand simple instructions given by you if he or she prefers to play alone you must consult your pediatrician if child is showing above symptoms by the age of 18 months age

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old girl2 years agoA. hi the reasons behind speech delay can be development delay, hearing problem, oral motor issues, tongue tie or cleft palate, prolonged exposure to screen etc so if you notice the below symptoms by the age of 18 months age of your child,you need to visit speech therapist for this:
