A. Hi You can add foods like Egg, paneer, boiled potato, dates, anjeer, almonds, Banana, chickoo, Ghee , green vegetables, avocado to baby's diet for healthy weight gain. Make sure to avoid fried foods & sugary items like chocolates.

A. good morning basically children should be given whole grain foods that help to provide energy as well as gain weight you can try to give paneer preparation you can give potato specially sweet potato in this winter season you can try to give eggs
