Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. milk supplements and health drinks and protein drinks are given only after completion of two years of age and whether your child requires any milkc supplements or not will be decided by your doctor but if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any milk supplemecnt to the child. try to concentrate on home based diet for your child

I have to suggest you out of the two then I will suggest you the right one and the third one which is Protein X if you do not want to go for protein X then it is going to be PediaSure the second best option that’s what I can tell you but otherwise genuinely protein X is definitely going to the best out of what I have seen
