SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, after breast feeding give a gap of one hour and do tummy time. That is making baby lying on its tummy for a few seconds. Be very careful. Hold baby head and if baby cries while doing tummy time please take off Baby immediately. If baby is enjoying it then you can do it for few seconds. You should do this every day. Do cyclic leg exercise. Take a little coconut oil and massage on baby stomach clockwise and anticlockwise for couple of time all these will help in reducing gas problem. Also concentrate on your diet. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated. Burp your baby well after every feed which is very important.
