#asktheexpert What if the child skips milk completely? Will the medical calcium supplements compensate for the lack of calcium?

A. If your child is eating properly taking good dairy products then there would be no problem milk is not that important in growth age if the child has all kind of foods and dairy products and whatever is necessary to calcium if you need you can give calcium supplement but milk itself is not responsible for eating all the calcium needs in the body
