#asktheexpert what I can give my baby for good height growth as i am short heightened, but I want her to grow healthy and strong

A. hi beans like soya , paneer ,green veggies ,fresh fruits ,nuts etc are best. encourage your child to do more physical activities like jumping ,dancing or yogas .
