Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. at the age of 1 year baby must be in a position to take the food that is prepared for other family members in the house so better to give everything to the baby

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. After one year u can slowly start giving everything that u eat as a family may be in a less spicier version. Some food restrictions will be there until the baby is one year old like no cows milk or nuts or egg whites etc., but now u can give everything. Just follow the two day gap rule between introducing new foods. This will ensure ur baby doesnt become a fussy eater.
