A. Hi Mom, if your baby is active, eating properly amd reaching milestones then nothing to worry much. as baby's weight depends on birth weight, we can expect baby to gain about 500 gm to 1 kg in a month, double at 6 months and triple at 1 year of age. small deviation is absolutely fine. along with breastfeeding you can include porridge, kheer, smahsed banana, boiled and smashed potato, pulses and sprouts, paneer, milk shakes, nuts paste, veg soup, fruits puree, soft cooked and smashed khichdi, etc and use ghee in meal preparations. feed on regular intervals, follow good hygiene avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

A. I would suggest that you should try to include everything in the diet of the baby whatsoever is given to the baby because home prepared fresh food is important for the baby accept the non veg and citrus would you can give
