#AskTheExpert what food to be given if child is suffering from heat stroke?

A. try to give foods which keeps the baby cool. you can offer milk shakes butter milk smoothie yogurt nimbu paani lassi to the baby. offer fruits like melon water melon apples etc. add mint to the food. do not offer too hot or extra spicy food.
