Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Fruit purees like apples,pear, avacado, banana, veg purees like peas, carrot, beans, beets, potato, sqeet potato, pumpkin. All these are some basic items. You can start with tgem and then move on to the complex ones. Always follow the two day gap rule between introducing new foods.
