8 AM-ragi porridge
11 AM-any Vegetable purée and fruit purée.
1 PM-Khichdi, Dal rice
4 PM-fruit juice, coconut water, milkshakes.
7 PM-Idli, Upma. Always feed solid food in sitting position and give lukewarm water while feeding anything which helps in good digestion. In between this you can also give liquids like fresh fruit juice made at home without sugar and salt, milk shakes, coconut water, vegetable soups. Avoid citric fruit, honey, dry fruits, salt, sugar until Baby completes one year.Include sweet potato, pumpkin, banana,potato this are weight gaining food.
