Above one year completion you can start giving your child all the homemade healthy foods that you daily prepare for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
