A. Almonds and walnuts are best for breaking development so give your kid overnight soaked almonds and one or two walnuts daily as they are rich in omega 3 fatty acids

A. Here are some foods which will help healthy brain development. This is not meant for babies under one year. Avocado is rich source of unsaturated fat which promotes blood flow to the brain. Berries have high vitamin c content which improves memory. Other fruits like kiwi, bananas, apples are also brain foods. Whole grains like rice, wheat, millets and all other whole grains contains folate which ensures the proper functioning of the brain. Nuts like walnuts, almonds, peanuts are rich in zinc which enhances memory and brain development. Greek Yogurt is rich in vitamin B which helps develop brain cells. Fishes which contain omega 3 fatty acids provides the building blocks of the brain tissues and improves child's mental skills. Eggs contain omega 3 fatty acids, zinc, choline which improves concentration and memory. Deep colored vegetables are good source of antioxidants which keeps the brain cells healthy. Broccoli contains BHA which helps the neurons to connect. Sweet potato, pumpkin, carrots are super brainy foods. All green leafy vegetables and spinach are rich in folate which ensures brain development. Turmeric contains curcumin which strengthen the brain cells. Seeds like sunflower seeds, flex seeds, oatmeal, tomatoes, kidney beans are other brain development foods
