include rice water, dal water, fruit puree, smashed banana, boiled and smashed potato, vegetables puree, clear veg soup, homemade cerelac, etc.
slowly introduce any new food and check if any sign of discomfort, allergy or intolerance
slowly and gradually increase consistency and quantity if food as per baby's appetite.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
follow good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

after completion of 6 months age, you can start to offer semisolid food like mung dal Pani, rice starch which is easy to digest
then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables fruit and rice.
