A. dear parent for 6 years kid, a balanced diet having variety of food groups will provide the required nutrition. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits -1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
