A. hi mam,all homemade freshly cooked food items are considered as healthy for a child. so offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables ( potatoes, tomatoes, bottleguard , pumpkin, Spinach etc ) fruits (apple, banana, papaya,etc) ,nuts and dried fruits (almond , cashew ,pista , walnuts , apricots etc ) dairy products (paneer , curd, ghee milk etc)
