#AskTheExpert what care should be taken during summer. my daughter is 4 months old and since we can not give her water yet, how to keep her well hydrated? she is sweating a lot.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. first of all you should maintain a very comfortable room temperature use from air condition cooler or fan in the baby's room and do not overclock your baby and continue breastfeeding at regular intervals because breast milk is sufficient to maintain adequate hydration for your baby
