Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi...just keep exclusively breast-feeding your baby until six months.
Breast milk works on demand and supply, the more u nurse ur baby the more milk it will produce, so keep feeding frequently.
Dates, nuts like almond, cashew, walnut, pista, coconut, a glass of milk with dry fruit powder, lentils or dal, a spoonful of methi daily, should be added in your diet to increase breastmilk supply.
