Hello mom you can number of food groups variety , but always remember to introduce one food at a time would be good, you can give steamed vegetables, fresh fruit pulp, porridges made of suji or ragi or multigrain mix, kichidi or soft rice with thin dal, curds etc

as child reach at 6 months age , you can start giving liquid diet like dal Pani , rice water, different vegetables and fruits puree in few spoons of quantity.
once baby accept it well ,feel comfortable with it,you can add other food items like porrdige , homemade cerelac etc in your child diet.
