DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 21 months old and he is having a constipation so you should give him plenty of water and you are using lactulose as stools softner then you can use syrup duphalac/polybion sf/gut clear
