Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question now that you baby is already a year old you can give him everything that you eat at the family just make sure the spice level maybe a little less other than that make sure each meal has some amount of protein carbohydrates good fats and roughage
