Give seasonal fruits vegetables juice and cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
Offer different varieties of food
Maintain hydration
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Maintain hygiene
Stay hydrated
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
