#AskTheExpert what are the chances of kids being affected by covid when the mother tests positive? my sister is affected with covid and her son who is 3 years has fever. do we need to get covid tested immediately or should we just watch for the symptoms?

A. definitely there are chances if the family members of the parents are suffering from covid-19 child is in constant contact then he must also be considered as covid positive and you should start treating the symptoms accordingly after consulting the doctor
