#asktheexpert What are health tips for 3 yrs old Viaana? she intakes a lot of sugar (like sweets, chocolate, biscuits). And then she suffer either with infection while potty or urine infection.

first , stop giving such food items.
offer healthy options like fruits, sprouts,nuts etc
add variation in your child diet.
mam,urine infection is caused by different reasons .
so for that ,you must avoid using diapers for whole day.
prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child.
keep your child well hydrated.
keep that area clean.
