A. Hello father The child needs over all a balanced diet .. as still they are growing up proper fresh home cooked foods are necessary such as eggs , dry fruits and and nuts , Lentils and legumes , millets , seasonal fruits and vegetables, millets , ghee .. milk etc along with soya also good physical activity as well
